Refund policy

You must email/contact us to let us know you will be returning any items ordered. If the product you ordered doesn't fit, we are happy for you to return purchased products  to us within 7 working days of receiving them (at your own expense). They need to be in the same condition you received them in (in a resell-able condition) - with all the packaging still intact. If you qualified for free shipping and you return the product, the cost of sending it to you will be deducted from your refund - usually $10. We will refund you as soon as they are received back.
